Refund Policy

We want happy customers! In the unlikely event that you receive your product and it does not fit your van door, we will provide a refund. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, we would be happy to replace the product. Vanware does not offer refunds for change of mind.

 

Conditions:

All refunds and replacements are subject to authorisation by vanware and are required to be requested within 14 days of receipt of product. The product should be returned to vanware within 10 days of authorisation.

 

Please contact our helpful team at vanwareaus@gmail.com including both your order number (found in your confirmation email when you placed the order) and your receipt number (found on your receipt) and::

· If the product does not fit your caravan door - a photo of your door, including door dimensions. We will provide instructions to return the product and receive a refund.

· If you received a damaged or faulty product - a photo of the product/damage. We will provide instructions to return and replace the product.

 

We will work with you to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
